Hi! I'm Kelsey.

I'm Joe's wife, mom to our 5 amazing kiddos, and a Bible believing Christian who is passionate about following Christ and doing everything to the glory of God. My husband and I run our beef business, Wholehearted Farm LLC, on our small farm in NE Kansas. We also offer handmade tallow salves, whips, soaps, lip balms, and cooking tallow, as well as a variety of sourdough products.

I homeschool our kids while growing my love for gardening, making things from scratch, and baking sourdough - the SIMPLE way. This blog was my creative outlet to document some of our favorite recipes and ways we do things on our farm.
