Hi there! We're Joe and Kelsey Tanking, and we have the privilege of raising our five children on a small farm in NE Kansas. Our journey began in September of 2014 where we fed bottle calves to sell quality, homegrown beef by the quarter, half, and whole. What began with shares has grown into so much more. In 2022, we added individual cuts, bundles, and beef subscriptions. By 2024, we expanded our shop to include handcrafted tallow balms and soaps, and in 2025, we introduced cooking tallow made from our very own beef. We also have seasonal sweet corn every summer! Our Mission
We strive to provide the best beef for our community with a variety of individually packaged cuts, beef bundles, the option to purchase a quarter, half, or whole beef, as well as quality tallow products and delicious sourdough bread.
