1/4 Beef
When ordering a 1/4 beef, you are reserving your share. You will not be charged until after your beef is at the locker being processed. At that time, you will receive an invoice for payment which will be based on the hanging weight of the beef. Your invoice will include instructions for contacting the locker so you can fully customize your cuts. Meat processing is a separate fee paid directly to the locker when you pick up your beef. A reminder email will be sent a couple weeks before your beef is delivered to the locker.
A 1/4 beef share is currently $4.55/lb, based on hanging weight. Our average hanging weight for a 1/4 beef is around 200 lbs, and sometimes it can vary from around 175 lbs - 240 lbs. The locker processing charge is approximately $1/lb, based on hanging weight. Here is a rough estimate on what you can expect to pay for a 1/4 beef with a hanging weight of 200 lbs.

We strive to provide quality beef at an affordable price. Prices are subject to change to align with current market conditions.
Roasts: Choose the types of roasts and how large you want them cut.
Steaks: Choose the types of steaks, how thick you want them cut, and how many steaks per package.
Ground Beef: Choose how many lbs of ground beef you want per package, and if you want some hamburger patties. If you request the ground beef to be 90/10 (90% meat/10% fat), the locker will do their best to remove excess fat to get the ground beef as lean as possible. Most of the ground beef will be closer to 85/15 due to the corn ration diet the cattle are fed. This creates exceptional marbling throughout the meat that results in tender, juicy, and flavorful meat.
Bones: Choose if you want soup bones, neck bones, oxtail, etc.
Organs: Choose if you want liver, heart, etc.
Other: Choose if you want stew meat, short ribs, tenderizing, curing, etc.
Specialty Cuts: If you have other specific requests, the locker will be glad to customize your order further.
